Privacy Policy

Last updated October 22, 2026 — Logic Support Records Update

Our commitment to your privacy

We never sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.

Saved to your account and synced across devices. Account data supports cross-device continuity; documents and chats are processed to provide the requested result.

You're always in control. Download your Lighthouse account data from Settings at any time.

1. About This Policy

Lighthouse Companies, LLC ("Lighthouse," "we," "us," or "our") operates Lighthouse, a mortgage education and guidance service at lighthouseapp.pro, including our website, web app, installable app, Lighthouse Logic, and related emails and notifications (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to visitors, to people who prepare a result before creating an account, and to account holders. It does not cover third-party sites or services you reach from the Service, such as Google or Stripe, which have their own privacy policies. Our Terms of Service also apply to your use of the Service.

2. Information You Give Us

We collect the information you choose to provide, including: your email address and any name you give us; your onboarding answers, such as whether you own or are buying a home, your goals, and the ranges you pick for price, down payment, timeline, rate, or home value; mortgage and home details, such as property address, home value, loan balance, interest rate, loan type, term, payment, escrow, servicer, and important dates; financial details you enter in planning, qualification, and affordability tools, such as income, pay frequency, employment status, co-borrower income, monthly debts (including child support, alimony, or medical debt), expenses, savings, down payment, credit score range or credit history answers, first-time-buyer status, military or veteran status, preferred location, property type, and price range; the messages you send to Lighthouse Logic; the information you enter in letter forms, such as your name, contact details, property and servicer details, amounts, hardship circumstances (for example illness, a death in the family, divorce, or military deployment), and the name, relationship, and phone number of a co-borrower or a person you authorize; the addresses and servicer names you enter in lookup tools; feedback you send in the app; and anything you include when you email us. If you give us information about another person, such as a co-borrower, you must have the right to share it.

3. Information From Your Documents

When you upload a mortgage document or photo, such as a mortgage statement, Loan Estimate, Closing Disclosure, escrow analysis, pre-approval, credit report, loan application, appraisal, title document, or servicer notice, Lighthouse reads it to identify the document and pull out the facts that matter. Depending on the document, those facts can include the names of borrowers, co-borrowers, owners, and loan officers; the property address; lender, servicer, and loan officer contact details, including NMLS numbers; loan amounts, balances, rates, payments, fees, escrow, and closing costs; dates and deadlines; delinquency, default, forbearance, modification, loss mitigation, and foreclosure details; appraisal and title details, including liens and taxes; and, for credit reports and loan applications, credit scores, account summaries, collections, public records, inquiries, employment, income, assets, liabilities, and answers to declarations (such as bankruptcy, foreclosure, judgments, lawsuits, delinquent federal debt, or support obligations). We save the extracted facts, Lighthouse's written explanation of the document, and the file name, after removing detected sensitive identifiers. We do not save the original file. For a result prepared before you create an account, we also keep the file's size and a digital fingerprint (a hash) of the file with the draft.

4. Sensitive Information

Much of this information is sensitive, including financial details, credit information, the contents of loan documents, and any health or family circumstances you describe in a hardship letter. We use it only to provide the Service you request and for the other purposes in this Policy, never to advertise to you. Lighthouse does not check your credit and does not need your Social Security number, date of birth, bank or card numbers, routing numbers, or full loan or account numbers. Please cover or remove those identifiers before you upload a document or send a message. Letter forms do not ask for a loan or account number; add it yourself after downloading a letter if you need it. Lighthouse automatically detects and removes many sensitive identifiers, such as Social Security, loan, account, routing, and card numbers and dates of birth, before it saves document facts, borrower memory, letters, and the conversation kept in your browser. Automated detection cannot recognize every format, and the complete document you upload is sent to our AI provider before identifiers are removed (see Section 7). Document analysis is designed to exclude Social Security numbers, dates of birth, demographic monitoring data, and full account, loan, routing, and payment-card numbers from what we save.

5. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we automatically collect: your IP address, which we store with your sign-in sessions, security and audit records, the record of your agreement to our Terms and Privacy Policy, rate-limit records, and error reports; your browser's user-agent (which identifies your browser, operating system, and device type), which we store with your sign-in sessions, the record of your agreement to our Terms, error reports, feedback, and notification subscriptions; your device's time zone, which is sent with Lighthouse Logic questions so the free daily allowance resets at your local midnight, and which is saved in your settings for notification quiet hours; your language; when you sign in, open the app, and were last active; usage counts, such as questions asked, documents analyzed, letters created, lookups used, app opens, and the articles you read; whether you open our emails and which links in them you click (Section 17); the analytics described in Section 11; and diagnostic information when something goes wrong in your browser, such as the error message, technical details, page path, user-agent, and IP address. We do not collect your precise location, and we do not look up your location from your IP address.

6. Information From Other Sources

We receive information from: Google, if you sign in with Google (see Section 8); Stripe, about your Lighthouse Pro purchases, such as status, amounts, billing periods, invoices, refunds, and disputes; Google Search results that our AI retrieves when you use certain features, such as a home-value estimate for an address you enter; and official sources of market data, such as the U.S. Treasury, the Federal Reserve, and Freddie Mac (this data is not about you). If you used an earlier version of Lighthouse in the same browser, the app may automatically move that account, and the information saved in it, into the current Service.

7. Lighthouse Logic and AI Processing

Lighthouse's AI features use Google's paid Gemini API service, provided by Google LLC. When you upload a document, we send the complete file to Gemini, often in several requests, to identify it, extract facts, and write an explanation, and the extracted facts are sent back to Gemini to prepare that explanation. Sensitive identifiers are removed afterward, before we save anything. When you ask Lighthouse Logic a question, we send your message, up to 20 earlier messages from the conversation, and your saved context so the answer is specific to you: your borrower profile and remembered facts; onboarding and planning answers, such as income, debts, and credit range; Home Profile details, such as property address, loan terms, reports, and servicer contacts; saved document facts; saved lookups and tool results; articles you have read; and current market data. We also use Gemini to prepare letters from what you enter, to explain planning results, to look up home values and servicer contacts, and to compile market updates. Ordinary Lighthouse Logic chat is restored from your browser; onboarding drafts and the onboarding conversation you save to your account are stored on our servers. After you accept this version of the Policy, we also keep optional, short-lived support records of new signed-in Logic questions and answers as described in Section 29. It does save facts you share in them, such as income, goals, and timeline, to your borrower profile, and it may update your Home Profile with details from the conversation.

8. Google Sign-In

If you choose to sign in with Google, Lighthouse requests only Google's basic sign-in scopes (openid, email, and profile). We receive your Google account identifier, your email address and whether Google has verified it, your name, and, for Google Workspace accounts, your organization's domain, and we use them only to create, link, and sign in to your Lighthouse account. Lighthouse does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or other Google data, never receives your Google password, and does not retain Google access or refresh tokens. We store your Google account identifier and email address to link that Google account to your Lighthouse account. We do not share Google user data except with the service providers described in this Policy or as the law requires. Signing in with Google does not itself send your mortgage draft to Google for document analysis.

9. Google Search and How AI Providers Handle Data

Some features use Grounding with Google Search to find current information: Lighthouse Logic questions about rates, markets, local prices, or other current topics; home-value lookups, which send the address you enter; servicer lookups not found in our built-in directory, which send the servicer name you enter; and our market updates. Answers can show Google search suggestions and source links. If you open one, the site you visit receives your request under its own policies. Google states that, for paid Gemini API services, it does not use prompts or responses to improve its products and keeps them only for a limited time to detect abuse, and that for Grounding with Google Search it stores prompts, context, and output for 30 days. Google keeps this data under its own terms. The draft expiration and the deletion choices in this Policy do not control the AI providers' separate retention.

10. How We Use Information

We use personal information to: create, secure, and sign in to your account; provide the features you ask for, including document analysis, Lighthouse Logic, Mortgage Health Scores, loan comparisons, calculators, planning and qualification tools, letters, Home Profiles, lookups, market information, notifications, and share links; remember your context so guidance is personal to you; apply plan and usage limits; process Lighthouse Pro payments and manage your plan; send service messages and the notifications you have enabled; respond to feedback and requests; understand how the Service is used and improve it (Section 11); monitor, debug, and protect the Service, including preventing fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and comply with law, enforce our Terms, and establish or defend legal claims. We do not sell your personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, use your mortgage data for advertising, or sell leads to lenders, brokers, or anyone else. We do not use your information to train AI models.

11. Analytics

We measure how the Service is used with our own first-party analytics; no outside analytics company receives this data. On public pages, such as the home page, guides, calculators, pricing, and these legal pages, we record events such as page views, the buttons and sections used, scroll depth, time on page, page-speed measurements, and onboarding and sign-up steps, with general context such as device type (mobile, tablet, or desktop), language, the category of the site that referred you, and campaign tags in the link you followed. For home page visits, we also record your browser's user-agent. These records are kept without mortgage values, draft identifiers, account identifiers, or form contents. If you have an account, we also record account-linked analytics while you are signed in, including on public pages: which screens you open and about how long you stay, onboarding progress, when you see or dismiss Lighthouse Pro offers or locked features, notification-prompt choices, sign-ins, questions answered, and checkout and subscription events. Account-linked analytics are on by default. You can turn them off in Settings > My Data > Usage Analytics, which deletes the account-linked analytics we have and stops new ones. Turning them off does not stop the public-page analytics or the usage counts, security, billing, and delivery records we need to run the Service. Analytics events are deleted after 13 months. The same Usage Analytics setting also controls the separate Logic support records in Section 29; turning it off deletes those records and stops new collection. Message contents are not added to analytics events.

12. Scores, Estimates, and Automated Processing

Lighthouse uses automated calculations and AI to produce results such as Mortgage Health Scores, loan comparisons and verdicts, lender grades, home-value and equity estimates, affordability and qualification estimates, and suggested next steps. These results are educational. Lighthouse does not use them to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects, such as decisions about credit, lending, housing, insurance, or employment, and we do not provide them to lenders or anyone else for those purposes. Lighthouse also builds a borrower profile from your answers, documents, and conversations, such as your goals, credit range, and remembered facts, to personalize its guidance. You can see it in your data download and remove it with Clear Account Data.

13. Cookies

Lighthouse uses a small number of first-party cookies. On our website and in the app, we do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking. Our cookies are: __Host-lh_session, which keeps you signed in (normally up to 90 days without returning, renewed automatically when you use Lighthouse); lh_csrf, which protects signed-in requests from forgery (same lifetime); __Host-lh_link, which lets the browser that requested an email sign-in link finish signing in (30 minutes); __Host-lh_onboarding_preview, which gives your browser private access to a result you prepare before creating an account (24 hours); __Host-lh_google_browser and __Host-lh_google_link, which secure Google sign-in and account linking (10 minutes); lh_locale, which remembers your language (1 year); and lh_uncounted, which is used only in Lighthouse team members' browsers to leave them out of usage statistics (400 days). Signing out ends the current session; you can also sign out of all devices in Settings. Clearing app or browser data can end sign-in. Team administration still requires a new sign-in after 12 hours, and deleting an account requires a sign-in within the last 10 minutes. Google and Stripe may set their own cookies on their sites when you sign in with Google or pay. Because we do not sell or share personal information or use it for targeted advertising, the Service does not change how it works in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals; there is nothing for those signals to opt you out of.

14. Information Stored in Your Browser

The app also uses your browser's local storage and session storage on your device. It keeps: your settings and display preferences; where you left off, prompts you dismissed, and articles you read; your recent Lighthouse Logic conversation (the last 20 messages, including document results) so it can be reloaded on that device while Restore Last Session on Startup is on, which it is by default; your calculator history (the last 20 calculations, including on our public calculator pages); the answers you give to quick questions before creating an account, until you sign in; and, for the current browser tab only, how you arrived (a referring-site category and device type). This information stays on your device unless a feature sends it to us, as Lighthouse Logic does with recent messages. Signing out does not remove it. Starting a new chat or turning off Restore Last Session on Startup removes the conversation saved in that browser. It does not delete the separate server support records described in Section 29. After the server clears account data or deletes the account, the app attempts to remove this account’s saved conversation, temporary working state and selected cached data from the browser used for that action. Conversations for other accounts and local copies in other browsers are not cleared. If browser storage blocks removal, clear that browser’s site data to remove local copies. Clearing your browser's site data for lighthouseapp.pro removes everything. If you turn on push notifications, your browser also installs Lighthouse's service worker, which only receives and displays notifications and does not store your data.

15. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as described in this Policy: with service providers that process it on our behalf to run the Service, namely Railway (application hosting, database, and server logs), Google (Gemini AI processing, Google Search grounding, and Google sign-in if you use it), Resend (email delivery and email open and click tracking), Stripe (payments), our email inbox provider (messages you send us), and your browser maker's push service, such as Apple, Google, Mozilla, or Microsoft (if you turn on push notifications); with anyone who has a share link you create; to comply with law, legal process, or government requests, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Lighthouse, our users, or others; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, in which case your information would remain subject to this Policy. We may share information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it cannot reasonably be linked to you. In the past 12 months, we have disclosed the categories of personal information described in this Policy only to these service providers, for the purposes in Section 10, and we have not sold personal information or shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

16. Share Links

If you create a share link for a Home Profile report, a Lighthouse Pro feature, anyone who has the link can view the shared report without signing in until the link expires 30 days later. The shared page shows the property label (often the street address), the Mortgage Health Score and grade, loan balance, interest rate, factor notes, suggested actions, and the date. The saved snapshot also includes the property value, loan type, and term. Shared pages tell search engines not to index them, and we count views without recording who viewed. The snapshot is deleted when you use Clear Account Data or delete your account. To remove a link before it expires, contact us.

17. Emails and Notifications

We send service emails you cannot opt out of while you have an account, such as sign-in links, email verification, password and security notices, a welcome email, and notices about your plan, including reminders 14 days and 3 days before an annual Lighthouse Pro pass ends and a notice when it ends. Depending on your plan and settings, we also send notifications in the app, by email, and as push notifications: rate alerts, deadline and PMI reminders, PMI and refinance opportunity notices, a weekly brief, Home Profile freshness notices, profile suggestions, and come-back reminders after about 3, 7, 14, and 30 days away. Free accounts receive only come-back reminders; the others are part of Lighthouse Pro. Some categories are on by default, such as rate alert and deadline reminder emails for Lighthouse Pro and in-app come-back reminders, and push notifications start only after you turn them on for a device. Notifications can include details from your account, such as a property label, your rate compared with current rates, estimated equity, and deadline or PMI dates. They are delivered through Resend (email) and your browser's push service (push). Our emails use Resend's open and click tracking: Resend records whether each email is delivered and opened (using a small invisible image) and which links are clicked (links pass through Resend first), and we can see this information. You can change each category and channel, set quiet hours, and turn off push in Settings > Notifications, and notification emails support one-click unsubscribe in email apps that offer it. Feedback you send in the app is emailed to our team with your name, email address, and the page you were on.

18. Where Information Is Stored

Lighthouse is operated from the United States. Account information is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Railway in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Some information stays only in your browser (Section 14). The Service is intended for people in the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

19. How Long We Keep Information

We keep account information, including your profile, preferences, Home Profiles and saved reports, document facts and explanations, borrower profile, planning answers and results, saved letters, notifications, usage counts, feedback, notification subscriptions, terms acceptance records, and subscription and invoice records, until you delete it, clear it with Clear Account Data, or delete your account. Some items have built-in limits, such as 30 reports per Home Profile and 30 remembered facts. Other records are kept for set periods: results prepared before an account, 24 hours, after which expired draft records are removed by scheduled cleanup (which can take up to another day); sign-in link requests, including the email address and any answers you gave before creating an account, 7 days after the link expires; Google sign-in attempts, 10 minutes (removed by the daily cleanup); sign-in sessions, 30 days after they end; rate-limit records, about a day; error reports, 30 days; Logic support records, 90 days (removed by daily cleanup; Section 29); analytics events, 13 months; notification delivery records, 180 days; and Stripe payment event records, which have card and most contact details removed when received and their remaining details removed after 90 days. Share-link snapshots stay until you use Clear Account Data or delete your account, even though the links stop working after 30 days. Security and audit records (such as sign-ins, account changes, billing events, and deletions) are kept for 24 months, and records of the emails we send are kept for 13 months, for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and resolving disputes. When an account is deleted, we remove its IP address and email address from the audit records that remain and delete the records of emails sent to its address. The record of your agreement to the Terms and Privacy Policy, including the date, version, IP address, and browser, is kept with your account and deleted with it. To prevent repeated Free grants, we retain a keyed, one-way identifier derived from your email address with consumed Free result, question, document and lookup allowances, including after account deletion or an email change. This record contains no mortgage information, answers, results or plain-text email address and remains while these allowances are enforced. Server logs and backups kept by our hosting provider, and our service providers' own records, follow their retention settings and policies.

20. Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings > My Lighthouse > Delete Account. Deletion cancels an active monthly Lighthouse Pro subscription immediately, ends any annual Lighthouse Pro pass, and permanently deletes your account and its information, including Home Profiles, reports, document facts, borrower profile, planning answers, letters, share links, notifications, notification subscriptions, usage counts, feedback, settings, sign-in sessions, your linked Google identity, terms acceptance records, subscription and invoice records, and Logic support records, account-linked analytics and email records, including the records of emails sent to your address. We cancel every Lighthouse Pro subscription on your Stripe customer record and blank its name, email address, and phone number. We keep a record that the account was deleted and the security, audit (without your IP address or email address), payment event and minimal Free allowance records described in Section 19. Deleting an account does not renew consumed Free allowances. Our service providers keep their own copies under their policies; for example, Stripe keeps its customer and payment records, and emails already sent remain with the recipient and our email providers. After successful server deletion, the app attempts to remove this account’s saved conversation, temporary working state and selected cached data from the browser used for that action. It does not clear other accounts’ conversations or copies in other browsers. If browser storage blocks removal, clear that browser’s site data to remove local copies (Section 14). Deletion cannot be undone.

21. Your Choices

In Settings you can: download your account data (My Data > Download Your Data); clear your mortgage working data (My Data > Clear Account Data); delete your account; see your signed-in devices and sign out of all of them; manage notifications and quiet hours; turn account-linked analytics off; choose whether your last conversation is restored; and change your language and other preferences. The download includes your account details, sign-in methods, preferences, borrower profile, Home Profiles with saved reports, documents with extracted facts, letters, notifications, share links, usage counts, feedback, terms acceptance records (with the date, method, IP address, and browser), subscription and invoice records, plan grants, daily AI usage counts, security entries about your account, sign-in sessions (with device and IP information), email records, analytics events, Logic support records, and notification subscriptions. Clear Account Data deletes your documents, letters, share links, Home Profiles, borrower profile, planning answers, Logic support records, notifications, and notification subscriptions; resets product activity totals and your display settings to their defaults, while your email-notification choices and your analytics opt-out stay as you set them; and unlinks your analytics events from your account. It keeps your account, sign-in sessions, billing records, feedback, terms acceptance records and consumed Free allowances. Clearing data removes saved onboarding answers and results but does not renew a Free result, question, document or lookup allowance. To change your account's email address, remove a share link early, or do anything else you cannot do in Settings, contact us.

22. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, including California and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, as described in this Policy, and get a copy in a portable format; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, and profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects (we do none of these); limit our use of sensitive personal information (we use it only to provide the Service and for other purposes the law allows); and not be discriminated against for using these rights. You can do many of these yourself in Settings. To make a request, email us at the address in Section 26 from the email address on your account, or tell us which address you used. We will verify your request by confirming you control that address and may ask for more information. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your signed permission, and we may still ask you to verify your identity. We will respond within 45 days, and we may extend that once by up to 45 more days if we tell you why. If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing us with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond to your appeal within 45 days, extended only as the law allows, and if you disagree with our decision you may contact your state attorney general. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing, and we do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law.

23. Security

We protect information with safeguards suited to its sensitivity, including HTTPS encryption between your device and Lighthouse; Secure and HttpOnly session cookies with protection against cross-site request forgery; single-use sign-in links that expire after 15 minutes and are stored only as one-way hashes; passwords, for accounts that have one, stored only as one-way hashes using a memory-hard function; rate limits on sign-in and other sensitive requests; role-based access for our team; automatic removal of detected sensitive identifiers from saved content; and data minimization, such as not keeping uploaded files. A limited number of authorized Lighthouse administrators can access account records to provide support, manage billing, and protect the Service, and administrative actions such as suspensions, deletions, and access changes are logged. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and others as the law requires.

24. Age Requirement

Lighthouse is only for people 18 or older, including results prepared before creating an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

25. No Affiliation with Lenders or Servicers

Lighthouse Companies, LLC is an independent, standalone entity. Lighthouse is not owned by, operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any mortgage lender, loan servicer, bank, credit union, or other financial institution referenced within the app or its output, including any servicer identified through the Servicer Lookup tool or named in a generated letter. Mentions of specific lenders or servicers are for informational and identification purposes only and do not imply any partnership, endorsement, or business relationship.

26. Changes and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service changes. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date, and if the changes are material, we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. For privacy questions or requests, or to get this Policy in another format, contact Lighthouse Companies, LLC at support@lighthousecompanies.pro.

27. Categories of Information; Sensitive Information

In the past 12 months we collected these categories of personal information from you, your devices, Google (if you sign in with Google), and Stripe (for payments): identifiers (email address, name, IP address, and account and device identifiers); customer records and financial information that you give us or that your documents contain (mortgage, income, debt, property, and credit-range details); commercial information (your plan, payments, and usage counts); internet and device activity (pages, features, and errors; Section 5); and inferences that personalize guidance (your borrower profile; Section 12). We use them for the purposes in Section 10 and disclose them only to the service providers in Section 15. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We also process sensitive personal information, such as financial account details or government identifiers that appear in a document you upload before they are removed, and health or family circumstances that you describe in a hardship letter. We process it only to provide the Service you ask for, and we treat uploading a document or submitting a form for that purpose as your consent to that processing. You can withdraw that consent by deleting the information (Section 21) or your account. Neither we nor Google, under our paid Gemini terms, use your content to train AI models.

28. Consumer Health Data

Hardship letters and other forms may include health information, such as an illness you choose to describe. We collect it only when you enter it, use it to prepare your letter or answer your question and, if you have enabled the optional Logic support records described in Section 29, to review a support issue or the quality of that answer, share it only with the service providers that process it for us (Section 15), and never use it for advertising or sell it. You can delete it at any time with Clear Account Data or by emailing support@lighthousecompanies.pro. You do not need to name a diagnosis; we suggest describing your circumstances in general terms.

29. Optional Lighthouse Logic Support Records

After you accept this Policy version, while Usage Analytics is enabled, we store the text of new signed-in Lighthouse Logic questions that receive an answer, the returned answer and any follow-up text, the language, the response type, and the date with your account. This includes glossary definitions and the written response to a document upload. We remove detected sensitive identifiers before saving and limit the amount of text retained; detection cannot recognize every format. These records do not contain original uploaded files, extracted document fields, earlier conversation history, or the internal prompts and saved context sent to the AI. A limited number of authorized Lighthouse administrators can review them in our private support tools, including Lighthouse HQ, to understand a support problem and review answer quality. They are not used for advertising or AI training. We do not import earlier chats from your browser or create a history that was never stored. Records are available for 90 days and removed by daily cleanup, which can take up to one more day. You can download them with your account data. Turning off Settings > My Data > Usage Analytics deletes existing support records and stops new ones; Clear Account Data and account deletion also remove them. This setting does not delete the onboarding conversations or reports you chose to save to your account; Clear Account Data or account deletion removes those. Starting a new chat, signing out, or disabling browser conversation restoration does not delete these separate support records.
